Service Description

These sessions are for those who would like support while navigating stressors or changes in life. These stressors could be because of concerns such as anxiety, depression or trauma or grief. Sometimes even after a beautiful addition, one we may have been waiting for like a new baby, new job, new city etc, it can be helpful to have an independent person walk alongside you to lend strength and perspective. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give us 48hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $125 (non-rebatable)
