Please go to the BOOK page and click the "I'm interested" button and follow the prompts. We will aim to get back to you in 2 business days.

Do I need to be in crisis to access therapy?

No you don't. You are welcome to join in wherever you are at. Some clients start therapy because of a crisis, others because they are wanting to do a 'healthy check in'.  We believe that growth needs intentional actions and that therapy is one avenue for it.

Sessions with a psychologist or accredited mental health social worker are eligible for medicare rebates so long as you have a mental health care plan (MHCP) filled by your GP before your first session. Private health insurance rebates depend on the insurance provider and the level of your cover, you can contact your insurer for more information.

Do I need a Mental Health Care plan to access services?

If you don't plan on accessing medicare rebates for your sessions, you do not need a mental health care plan to access services. You can book right away.

How is this different from talking to a friend?

Therapy creates a safe space with a fully engaged professional who can facilitate a conversation, and give you space and tools so that you can consider the options and take more helpful actions. Your friends are important, they do life with you and give you the support you need through this process.
